Where can I receive my order?
You can select any address (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box) you want us to deliver to.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within Malaysia and to Singapore.
How long will my order take to arrive and what are the delivery charges?

For international delivery:-
Please proceed to check out and select your country of residence from the dropdown list (Currently only deliver internationally to Singapore, more countries to be announced soon), and the international delivery rate would be automatically calculated for you. All rates are based on GDex international delivery rates. Please email email@example.com for assistance if you need to know more about the delivery rates.
Once you have placed your order (payment confirmed), our team will process and prepare your order for delivery within 1-2 working days. Your parcel will then be collected by our courier service providers and delivered within 1-4 working days (subject to courier service provider) to either your home or an alternative address. In checkout, you can change the delivery address or add a new one. During peak season and sale, the delivery process might take a little longer. Should there be any delays in delivery we will notify via our website and social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram. We may also send you an email or SMS notifications.
Can I track my order?
Yes, in the “Track Your Order” section of our website, you can track the status of your order/delivery progress. You can find the tracking number in the confirmation email sent to you to check your order status. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox.
What is the home delivery process?
If home delivery is selected, an email confirming that your order has been completed (meaning items has been dispatched) and your order tracking number will be sent to you for you to track the delivery progress.
