Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, however there may be slight differences (e.g. colour) between the product and the product picture due to the environment in which the product photoshoot took place.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, we cannot change your order details anymore. We usually pack and deliver your items immediately after we receive your order during business hours. Please contact our customer service for assistance at email@example.com. If you have ordered the items, you can only return the wrong items to us, and follow our returns procedure. You will be responsible for the postage and redelivery fee of the items.
