Returns & Refund

All items sold are non-refundable for cash but is returnable for coupon. If you do decide to make a return, kindly refer to the guidelines included in this page. Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return needs to reach us within 14 days (Local) / 20 days (International) from the date your order is posted. How do I return an item?
Return by post/courier: Kindly refer to the guideline below and mail back the item together with the Return Form to us via a traceable delivery method to the following address:

Please note that all return items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, labels and tags intact) and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. Underwear items cannot be returned. Kindly note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.

1. You must be a valid user of kissa.my in order to issue refund request.
2. Login to kissa.my here
3. Go to My Account > My Orders

4. Select an order with Completed status which you wish to issue refund > Click View

5. You can choose to refund a single item or refund the entire order > Click “Refund” button

6. A window will pop-up for you to enter the quantity of item for refund. Please type in the reason of your refund request to be sent to our Shop Admin. You may also attach any relevant images that is necessary as proof (for e.g defects).

7. Click Submit when you are done and your request will be sent to our Shop Admin.
8. Go to Dashboard > “My Refund Request” tab to check on your request status

9. You can check the refund status as the following. Click View for more detail regarding the refund.

You will receive emails regarding your refund request status, please take note of the meanings of the refund request status as stated below.

a. Submitted – Your request has been submitted successfully
b. Processing – Your refund is being processed
c. On-hold – Your refund request is put on-hold, kindly contact our Shop Admin for further information
d. Approved – your refund request has been approved, our Shop Admin will proceed to process your refund request
e. Rejected – Your refund request has been rejected. Please contact our Shop Admin for further clarification
f. Coupon Offered – Your refund request is granted, a coupon code will be emailed to you

10. You can message Shop Admin if you have any comment. Type your message in the ready box , attach images (if any) and click Submit. Admin will get back to you as soon as possible. Please refer to message history for messages that have been sent between Admin and you.

11. You will received an email which contains a coupon code once your request is refunded. You can now use the coupon code in your next purchase.
12. Your refund status will be updated from “Approved” to “Coupon Offered”
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Yes. You will have to pay for the postage cost of the returns and the initial postage cost. The initial postage cost will be deducted directly from your return store credit. The store credit is valid for lifetime and have no expiry date. Return Coupon Amount = Item PriceInitial Postage Cost
Where can I find my receipt?
Please refer to the completed order e-mail you receive when your order has been completed (meaning out for delivery). Please remember that the receipt is necessary for returning or exchanging items.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns request must be made and items send back to us within 14 days (Local) / 20 days (International) from the day your order was posted by us. How will I receive my refund? (Defect items only, not applicable to returns & exchanges for sizes, colour, designs etc)
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
Why are the store credits I received lesser than the amount I purchased in my order?
Kindly note that the final amount of store credits you will receive is after deducting the shipping fee which will be incurred in redelivering your new order.
Do you reimburse shipping fees for returns?
Shipping fees will be reimbursed only for defective items. Shipping fees for returns due to unsuitable sizes, colour, etc are payable by you.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Kindly contact our customer service. We will solve this regrettable situation immediately.
 Kissa reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
How long will the coupon be valid for?
Coupon are valid for lifetime. They have no expiry date.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, we do not provide direct exchange services at the moment. However, you can use the return method to receive store credits for you to make a new order.
