At Kissa, we strive to keep your shopping experience simple, quick and easy. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to www.kissa.my & www.kissa.com.my (the “Site”) and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

www.kissa.my and www.kissa.com.my is managed by Kissa Love Fashion, a company registered (MA0220584-W) in Malaysia. Our registered address is No 10-1 (1st floor), Jalan KPKS 1, Kompleks Perniagaan Kota Syahbandar, 75200, Melaka, Malaysia.
Accessing and Using the Site
When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:
- Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
- Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
Orders & Payments
To place an order, you are obliged to follow our online purchasing procedure and submit the order. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders cannot be changed once it has been accepted by us (whether or not funds have been deducted from your account), and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you. If your order was declined by us and funds have already been deducted, these will be refunded.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders placed through our website at our own discretion. A contract will come into existence between you and us when we accept your order by sending you an email which confirms that your order item has been dispatched (the “Delivery Confirmation” )
If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to process your order, we will notify you. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
The price of products will be as stated at all times on our website except when there is an obvious error. If we have detected error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and we will proceed to reimburse the amount paid by you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any products at the incorrect lower price (even after the Delivery Confirmation was sent to you) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been reasonably recognized by you as an incorrect price. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete payment within 1 hour from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment time-frame will be cancelled automatically.
You may use as payment methods, the following: Visa, Mastercard, Domestic Paypal and Online Banking.
Product Description & Defects
Although we try to be accurate in our descriptions of products available for purchase through our website, products may still vary slightly from their pictures. All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight difference in colours of the product image and the actual product may be due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our website are 100 percent accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The product cannot be considered defective due to minor variations in measurements (within 3cm). It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your sizing measurements before you place an order with us. If you believe you have received a defective product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.
You will be reimbursed the amount paid for the defective products subject to our acknowledgement. After informing us regarding the defective product, you will have to hand over the items back to us within 14 days as from the Delivery Confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credits or a cash refund will be issued.
Only items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its labels and tags intact are eligible for a return.
*Excludes: orders made with promotional codes, sales items, items specifically labelled with no return/exchanges, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags.
We will not reimburse to you if the product:
- has been used once it has been opened,
- are not in the same condition as when they were delivered
- or if they have been damaged, so take care of the products(s) while in your possession.
Please return the products using or including all their original packaging, instructions and other documents, if any, accompanying the products. You are also required to send the product to be returned together with the receipt that you received when the product was delivered. The costs incurred in the return of the product are payable by you. There are 2 options you can choose to return your items.
- Return to us by courier (please use a traceable delivery method)
- Return by dropping the item at our office in Melaka
You shall be held responsible for the item until we have received the goods back. All items must reach us within 14 days (Local) / 20 days(International) from the day your item was delivered to you. If your return was accepted, you will be reimbursed in the form of store credits only. Store credits will be sent to you via email. Please check your email inbox or your junk/spam/promotions folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 working days from the day on which we receive the returned product.
In the event that you have received the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. You will be required to send back the item to us in which we will reimburse the postage fees incurred for returning the item. You may contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you did not receive the postage fees reimbursement (in the form of store credits). Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and the tags are still intact for the items to be eligible for return. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund in the original form of payment will be issued instead.
Delivery costs are always shown in the order confirmation through our website or in the order confirmation email. We usually process all orders and dispatch the from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within 1-2 working days. We always strive to send the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Delivery Confirmation before the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is stated, in the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method and, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If due to unforeseen circumstance the delivery of your Product is delayed, you will be notified and we will deliver the product as soon as it becomes available. If for any reason we are unable to adhere to the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and you will be given options to continue with the purchase, set a new delivery date, or have the order cancelled with full reimbursement of the amount paid. Please bear in mind that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Any “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
If the parcels fail to be delivered to you, it will be kept in a safe place or returned to our warehouse. A note containing the whereabouts of the parcel and instructions to have the parcel delivered again will be given. If after 30 days the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we presume that you wish to cancel the order and termination of the order will take place.
All payments received from you will be reimbursed, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of any delivery method other than the ordinary delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay, and at any rate, within 14 days of the date on which this order was terminated.
Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs from the order termination.
Transfer of Ownership
You are responsible for the products of your order from the moment of delivery. The ownership of the product of your order is transferred to you upon “Delivery Confirmation” (when we have received full payment of all amounts due including delivery charges).
Refusal to Process an Order
We may terminate your order at any time by writing to you if:
- We do not receive full payment when it is due;
- You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information necessary for us to provide you with the Product (e.g. delivery address);
- You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Product to you;
- If we terminate the Order in the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for Products we have not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of the order termination caused by you.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Kissa shall only accept returns and grant replacements and refunds on the condition that the items being returned, replaced or refunded were purchased from the Site. Purchases of items other than from the Site are not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds under these T&Cs. For items purchased from our pop-up stores, please refer to the T&Cs stated on your purchase receipts or you may check in-store with our retail assistants.
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The minimum amount required to activate this card is RM50.00 and the maximum card limit is RM250.00. This card is redeemable for purchase of merchandise (except Gift Cards) in our online store. This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. This card remains active for 6 months from the date of the last transaction. After this time, the card will expire without further notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged. Kissa reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion without prior notice. The card balance can be checked under My Account > Store Credits.
Store credit is credit that you can use towards the purchase of any merchandise (except Gift cards from our Site. It comes in the form of an electronic voucher. Store credits do not have an expiry date unless otherwise stated. Store credits offered in the case of returns and exchanges will have no expiry date. Any request for refunds or issuance of new store credits for unused store credits will not be entertained. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards.
Updates / Changes
We may change any content or material on this website at any time. Any of the content or material on this website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update this website. We shall not be liable if for any reason the website, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to refuse any and all current or future access to and/or use of this website without prior notice to you.
Any changes made to the T&Cs will be updated to the website and we will notify you by email if necessary. Please reread our T&Cs regularly from time to time. Your continued use of this website implies that you agree to the T&Cs as stated.
